      Pros

      Good work life balance, some good people, great campus (at least in Norcross GA), lots of opportunity to advance, HUGE technology budgets

      Cons

      The massive reorganization to create ONE Fiserv has resulted in massive silo'ed culture, slow to innovate, don't mess with the old school 'clique' or you can screw up any advancement opportunities.
