Very unprofessional company, doesn't care for employees - Technical Lead Fiserv Employee Review

Mis-management, bureaucratic, no value of performance, no value of employees. I worked there for 4 years, and had never seen or heard the CEO. A few very old incompetent employees are controlling the company. They fire people at will, without any reason. One year, company said there wouldn't be any investment in our business unit, other year they realized that our business unit was the most needed one, and poured money like crazy, after 6 months they realized they made a mistake, and fired 30% employees, many of them high performers.
