The job is stable if you are willing to do the work assigned to your with a reasonable amount of effort, comfortable facility and work stations.
Cons
Not enough pay for the stress level on most associates, difficult to impossible requirements for raises, virtually impossible bonus requirements, increasing workload and expectations, seemingly random promotion to leadership positions, resistance to innovation despite the presence of programs to encourage it.
