No growth, poor management all the way up to CEO - Anonymous employee Fiserv Employee Review

Horrible management, work you to death with no compensation. No growth - spent 5 years there and my average increase was a few cents and some years didn't get a raise. Cant balance work or life in the Fiserv Output Solution in Indianapolis - work people 7 days a week up to and over months at a time. Was better place before when it was just Personix and didn't have to deal with corporate shenanigans
