Not much work or very less work on outdated technology. You have Pool, TT and many others item to enjoy in working hours as you don't have any work
Cons
You have to be a manager boy if you want good hike. Since no work here so your full year performance review is fully based on Manager view, if you are good in that, you will get even promotion just doing that.
