Huge company, so lots of opportunities, some very good technical teams with strength in depth. Very good benefits package.
Cons
The company has developed from an aquistion strategy, so some business unit are better than others. The company can feel disjointed and slow to adapt, but this is one of the flaws that Fiserv are prioritising.
