Pros
I worked in Fiserv India for a Credit Union project. Positives 1. Joined as a fresher and worked with some great functional and technical minds to prepare a good career base 2. Hard work was recognized in terms of opportunities, awards and hikes. 3. There were lot of functional and technical training conducted for employees 4. HR brought some good process in terms of Internal Job Posting during the later half of my stay
Cons
1. Still not up to speed in terms of new technical tools 2. A lot of unnecessary focus on lot of matrices at engineer levels. There were times when 4 timeshees had to be filled in a week!! 3. The work was slow paced and lacked dynamics of today's top fintech companies.
