- Job safety is assured as there is no bench and everyone will be utilized in one or the other project. - Leader in the domain and acquires which ever company buds up in the same market. - Work life balance is best.
Cons
- Not good if you want to work with cutting edge and booming in the market technologies. - Innovation is not at all present. Boring and repeating work. - Perks are just average compared to the market.
