Pros
Stable company to work for if you can get past the frustration of no rewards and micro-management. Review process is a serious pain in the neck.
Cons
The rollout of some products is difficult at best. Managers could care less how the process works - they just want to make sure the installation is on time - no matter who suffers - no matter the cost - no matter to scope change. Staff is spread so thin that only one person being out will cause the processs to come to a screaching halt.
