Pros
Fiserv has a decent benefits package. The training prepares you pretty well for what you will be getting. Unfortunately, I don't have a whole lot of pros.
Cons
Non exempt employees are treated like second class citizens. When you're first hired, they go on and on about all of the opportunities for advancement and growth. Sure, you can become a team lead (one step above associate) if you'd like to wait around and kiss butt for 7 years. But if you actually want to have a productive and fulfilling career, don't go to go Fiserv. They make changes/decisions that do not take the employee into account and they are clearly only concerned about their bottom line.
