- Approachable management. - No hire-fire scenarios except for pathetic skill-set, perfectly eligible for PIP. - Lot of events are celebrated whole-heartedly, HR sometimes makes your day by organizing fun-filled activities on Fridays. - FPL Cricket tournament stretches almost for a month or two with enthusiastic participation of more than 500 employees in the organization. Simply loved it! - T.T. table put in an are with ample space to play. - Subsidized meal. - Huge campus with smoking zone and some food joints. - Situated in one of the poshest areas of Noida. - Proper agile and scrum is followed in projects with no major customizations.
Cons
- Few managers are bossy, and even if escalated, senior-most guys don't do anything about it. - Meal vendor food is very ordinary most of the times, sometimes uneatable. - Only in 1-2 units or projects, work from home is allowed. - Apart from few projects, no techie-geeky stuff.
