Work life and pay is a plus. Team members are pleasant to work with, and never had a bad experinece with them. Also had pleasant experience with management.
Cons
The red tape you have to navigate with the company makes doing your day to day tasks somewhat difficult. Also, management seems to be changed around relatively frequently which sometimes gives not the best perception of stability within the company.
