5 days in office is not favorable at all, given lot of people bought the houses outisde of dublin which make the commute to work very long probably 1-2 hours. So, in total everyone spends 5 hours on an average to be in office including everything (commute, geeting ready, food preparation). Can't comment how couples manage their work and childern duties.
