You can fly under the radar and get away with things as the company is going through lots of changes. Not much micro managing depending on your manager
Cons
No direction at all for sales motion. Same quota for purely hunter sales rep and those with a bank partner feeding them leads. Multiple product line but most fall behind competitor and no real value added.
