Fiserv has brought about a lot of change and improvement in culture after Mike has taken over. People are feeling better with respect to the policies.
Cons
Senior leadership is completely ignorant about some of the Directors and their way of managing team. Your voice score has dipped for this person, people are not trusting at all, people are saying so much in the exit interviews yet things are getting ignored.
