Pros
In a very small amount of time, Mike has turned things around. Valuing staff, honest with the market and clear and transparent strategy. Many of the fundamentals of Fiserv remain strong and with investment in the right places - engineer and technology - we will get this place back on track.
Cons
Still many problems to undo from the Frank Bisignano era. The corruption of the man was untold. Relentless pursuit of wall street and personal profit at the cost of the stability and sustainability of our people and technology. Earnings fabrication, spying on staff, layoffs based on inaccurate information, selling off core engineering assets, outsourcing mission critical software to useless vendors.
