I have been a part of the Fischer team for about a year now. With 15 years in the industry I can tell you I have not witnessed a better run organization. The training is real, substantial and designed to ensure each associate's success. Everyone from the CEO to support teams are incredibly helpful. The company is transparent. Everyone understands the goals and our process to achieve them. The customer, not Wall Street since we are still privately owned by Mr. and Mrs. Fischer, is our only focus. We work to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Lots of opportunity for personal advancement as well.
Cons
There are a lot of systems. From time to time you can feel a little overwhelmed with the policies and reporting. However, once you learn them you will trust them and see how these too ensure your success.
