Work atmosphere is good and employees get along well. Owner is a kind good man with good morals.
Cons
There are no standard guidelines to follow. One week you you have a set of guidelines, then someone is not happy with a answer from customer service even though it was legit, the owner gets called on his personal phone and rules get changed again and you look like the total idiot. Clients then speak to you with total disrespect or bypass you completely because you no longer are believable. Management changes often because owner will not let younger very qualified people actually take the reins and do their job. He is a kind man with a big heart, However, very old school with business practices,. So they quit after a short time because he can't let go of his power and let the younger generation go for it!
