Casual environment, but that goes too far, and employees wear PJs and slippers.
Cons
Employees are abusive and have outbursts on the floor, Fights both on the floor and outside. Upper management targets employees and shows favoritism. Retaliation is HUGE at FirstSource. Employees smoke weed in and around the building. Employees pee outside and show their private parts to other employees - it's disgusting!! The police are called on a regular basis... This is NOT a safe environment. They hire employees without complete background checks, and criminals are often hired and terrify other employees with their stories about their backgrounds. HR is placed in an unsafe position daily while working at the location. How the NYSDOL or EEOC has not investigated this organization is insane to me!! For your own mental health, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Lastly, India treats their US employees terribly! They want nothing to do with the US!
