Unprofessional - Registered Nurse Firstpoint Healthcare Employee Review

Was decent for a month when they had a decent team lead. They would guide you through the recruitment process, show all the shifts available for any requested time and ask about the shift afterwards. Unfortunately this person left and took the order with them.

Extremely disorganised agency. It was relatively organised and functional for a few weeks then all of a sudden they were terrible again. They don’t give you shifts, they ignore any of your calls and texts. They lied about salaries in the job description. They lied about being able to book shifts. They just ignore you, lie and waste your time. Just no upsides to this agency honestly don’t bother.

When they had shifts they loved to communicate

When they dont they dint reply to your calls, manager never seems to be in office, egg you on regarding upcoming shifts then just take you off their payroll a couple months later when they realise they dont have them.
