      Pros

      When it's good, it's good! Fun company to work for and cool line of business to be in.

      Cons

      They go through periods of hiring lots of people, then big layoffs. In three years it has happened 3 times. Whole teams gutted. Not a responsible way to treat employees. Proceed with caution!

      Had no prior work experience, great training and hands on experience to get me up to speed with company
