Pros
I've worked and consulted with quite a few startups and the Firstleaf team is hands down, some of the best and brightest individuals in the business. With huge company/member growth, comes a lot of talent attraction and we've been nailing it across the board this year. Insane medical/dental/vision benefits, WFH/remote and great award winning wine. We are still growing which means a lot of work in multiple directions so you need to be able to pivot, collaborate and just get it done. This is 100% not a lazy company and we tend to move quick. Cons
Only downside (which is really an upside) is we can be short-handed in areas, but there are new open positions weekly/monthly so it's just a matter of finding the right fit.
