Firstbase is a wonderful company whose mission resonated with me. They had unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, considerate of family matters, exciting, 401k match, and much more.
Cons
Firstbase is a start-up so it is not as organized as I am used to. Priorities shift often. They did not have an annual review process set up (though they were in process).
