The best training I've ever experienced at an ABA company, career growth and learning opportunities, supportive admin team, focus on client services. Even with lots of changes - new system, processes - we are supported if we have issues or questions. Also lots of job opportunities, so come and join FSFK!
Cons
The company is rapidly growing, so keeping up with it can be challenging with new systems, but we have a great team who makes sure we all know what what is needed and are there to support if we need extra help.
