      Good Training, friendly attitude and atmosphere in office, work with people who really care about the children!

      Cons

      Very underpaid for the tasks asked of you; a lot of filling in for others last minute. Schedule is all over the place, wouldn't know where I was going until I was in the car some days. Cover shifts = working with a child you've never met before and expected to run 20 programs. Then asked to do remedial tasks during office work i.e. cleaning bathrooms. What..?

      1 dollar bonus after completing ~300 clinical hours

      Cons

      Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
