Pros
-Really supportive co-workers -it's a great job to get a lot of experience in this field. they provide amazing training and give really great feedback. -Provided RBT certification, CPR - If you want to move up in the company they provide training and help you with observation hours for masters.
Cons
-Driving in bay area traffic 1-2.5 hours a day -Pay is not very high for level of education expected/ work load. As a full time employee my average bring home after taxes 1900-2200 a month after taxes. -not enough sick time given for nature of job
