Pros

Was my first job, so I was full of excitement. They made gave me 2-3 raises and made me content head eventually for a department. Some coworkers actually turned out to be really good people, although they left v quickly given the conditions and pay.

Cons

This place has little to no room for actual growth. Worked here as a Sports News Writer and then as Content Head for close to 2 years. No real salary increase and also takes TDS cuts without even informing. Towards the end of my time there, salary was delayed by over 25 days twice and delayed in general for almost every month. They finally shut down my dept., although they did offer me a role in another dept., which I didn't take. They also delayed giving me a byline for quite long and let the articles be published under the name of the editor.

Pros

- Work-life balance is decent. That's it for the pros.

Cons

1. Onboarding is a mess with no one knowing their role, what your role is supposed to be, or how to manage the confusion. 2. Content heads and editors do not know basic grammar, will nitpick your articles, but make elementary mistakes in titles and "corrections." 3. You are expected to work without pay for the first 55 days. Salary is credited on the 25th of each ensuing month. Eg - You get paid for your work in January on February 25th. 4. For meager pay, they will expect you to do the work of 2 people.
