Pros

Job itself is relatively easy as long as you're okay doing some repetitive tasks and making polite small talk with residents of the buildings that we service. Nothing about the job tasks on their own are particularly hard.

Cons

While the task we have to do are relatively easy on their own there are a lot of things to take care of throughout the day, so multitasking is important. Because of the clientele we cater to there will be people that expect you to go above and beyond your job description and will get mad if you don't. Also the company serves many buildings but each building has their own team and their own way of doing things that aren't always consistent.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
