Pros

Large management company, great for someone new in the industry, a good place to learn continuing education constantly ongoing.

Cons

Where there are pluses there are negatives and this is true of every company. Stop and look at oneself, are you really so perfect ? Just what I thought, self evaluation difficult to do.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
