Pros

The overall platform established is to encourage a solid company culture. Company offers tools for employees and management to improve self awareness and support.

Cons

People placed in leadership are poor managers at best and tools to improve are not implemented. Safety policies are not followed. Upper management talks negatively about employees to board. Lack of experience in management effects staff performance and leads to conflict.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
