In my 3 years with FSR Property services, I have felt immense support, personal interest and care from VP of property services. This kind of leadership trickles down to the area managers as myself and my staff can all attest to. We are always given the proper tools, guidance, and support to succeed. I personally have never felt like i was just a number in a giant machine. FSR has made me feel like an important pillar in the support of the company! I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good workplace to really call home, come to FSR and stay!
Cons
Every work place has its Cons, but I honestly cant really think of anything big from my perspective. If I'm being completely honest, the employee benefits could be a bit better, and I know that Management has been working on that, so I am greatful.

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
