Pros

Great benefits. Medical, dental, etc.

Cons

Advocate for yourself frequently, high stress, no holidays off for onsite staff.. everyone in higher management is burnt out (assistant community managers and up), difficult board members and awful homeowners. AGM is considered onsite & for the time I have been here, I have been spoken down to and felt degraded more than any job I have ever worked for...Seriously. I can't tell you how entitled & downright RUDE these homeowners and board members are (I'm in a very luxurious building) and some (not all of them) treat and speak to you like you're a second class citizen. If you don't take those things personally maybe you'll do fine, but I personally cannot deal with being disrespected constantly. There always seems to be a discrepancy or miscommunication on what HOA covers and what homeowners are responsible for. More than often you get angry feedback from many issues that are out of your control to fix. In all, the board members and homeowners here have a "us against them" attitude with FSR. Many projects sit up in the air to get fixed because of warranty loopholes and waiting on others for confirmation and approval. Yet us onsite staff get to be the punching bag with angry demands for updates etc. The only factor that is keeping me here are my medical benefits, but if another opportunity arises with the same caliber of medical benefits i'm jumping ship.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
