      Easy to get hired. Downtown location.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Revolving door of leadership to associates. Non-existent salary increases or employee feedback. Low staff engagement and morale. No career development. Terrible onboarding and training. No coaching from your leaders. You do not work with the best or brightest in the industry. No stock plan for employees. No pension plan. No RRSP matching.

      They take good care of the office people

      Cons

      Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
