Pros
Many properties to work, pay, holiday gratuity fund, beautiful buildings, convenient to public transportation
Cons
Lack of staff at particular buildings, 24 hour operation but, not all staff (favoritism) is required to work such hours, depending on the property your schedule will be up and down from week to week, work life imbalance, just not a good place to be employed. Health insurance is expensive.
