Pros

Unfortunately no pros. If you ask to change teams they will fire you eventually for complaining, Some of the Senior Level Management will yell at you for their own mistakes. They will yell at you for asking how to do something. Some of them are not qualified at all to manage employees and barely understands any concepts in accounting. Also, some of them will make you their personal assistants. That means you will be helping do their work while trying to finish yours. You will be asked to scan there things into the computer for them and also you will be expected to buy them food when they want.

Cons

Some of the Senior Level Management need to be fired.

Not many , sometimes the issues are not with the company itself but the property

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
