We’re truly sorry to learn that your experience with cross-department support left you feeling frustrated and overwhelmed—that is not the level of partnership we strive to provide.
We want you to know that we’ve recently conducted listening sessions to better understand many of the challenges you outlined, and we’ve been implementing action plans to improve support in these areas. Of course, it takes a team effort, and your willingness to share feedback—both with your leadership team and through the associate experience surveys—helps drive us in the right direction.
