For the most part, from supervisor level down, the people are really great and easy to work with.
Cons
I have 25 plus years experience in the position I was asked to perform. So, I've been around a few blocks. From the director level up real world management skills are hard to find if they exist at all. Of course, maybe they were given the same non-existent management tools that I was. I have always managed with the principles that I live in my life with, Open door, friendly work environment. This place turned sharply to a rule by fear approach. It might work for 6 months or so, but it doesn't work for long. The people who do stay do so under duress. It's too bad, this place could be a really great place to work. Hopefully Rakutan takes over soon.
