Candidates beware - Anonymous employee FirstMile Employee Review

They'll tell you it is a family environment but the family is already established and not open to newbies. One line in the handbook says it all "We are an at-will employer and can end your employment at any time for any reason" They like to do what they want. The pay is minimal Benefits- even more so. Manager behavior is borderline unethical. The pay is barely at minimum wage. As a driver or a scanner, you are just a piece in the machine and can be replaced. I ended up working elsewhere- a similar job with better pay and benefits.
