Pros
Benefits are fairly good, current supervisors are very supportive and understanding of personal life and make whatever it may be work out when emergencies happen. You have personal days/hours to call off when you want, vacations, and even volunteer hours where you get paid your full rate to volunteer.
Cons
Sick days are a little bit of a pain, a whole chart is for this but essentially starting off if you have one event that you have to use sick time, the next year the first one or two times you use sick time you wont get paid. However you have your personal time that you can use before this. Vacations are sometimes hard to use when you want. High turnover for first year employees as it is physically demanding at first until your body adjusts from walking constantly all day. Can be a little dangerous walking in yards mostly dogs you come across and rarely an aggressive customer, but it does happen.
