good pay in the nuclear part of business descent benefits lots of people retiring, therefore should be jobs opening up

workers negative about everything recognition program is not consistent middle management not trained in supervisory skills employees allowed to "goof off", causing good employees to be unmotivated turnovers from old employee to new employee is nonexistant work does not flow groups do not work well together
