      Pros

      Pay and training are on-site. There are great teams to work for and with. Chances to work and move up to "silver tier" and work many events. Definitely a good experience. Bus pass or parking pass provided when you work events. Discount at ProShops. Pay is pretty good for entry level.

      Cons

      Long hours on your feet are hard on the body. Uniforms are a tad ugly. Sometimes there are some questionable hires.

      Pros

      The management team treats us well and we are rewarded for good job performance. Lunch is sometimes provided for long hours as a bonus. It's an exciting environment with dedicated sports fans.

      Cons

      Long hours occasionally, and those that work in the elements can be challenging.
