Pros
Kept my salary the same after the buyout and did not lay off any of my staff
Cons
They strung me along, sent me all over the country and then eliminated my position. They did not allow me any input in the way they were planning to change things and I have heard they decided two years later to go back to the old way of doing things. I could have saved them millions of dollars if they just asked me what works and what doesn't.
