Pros

I get time off when my kids are off from school. The management usually tries to work with you when you need to take time off for doctor appointments, personal or family sickness.

Cons

Where insurance is offered, at least as an attendant, you will use up most of your earnings, there is no paid leave, and like any other job working with children (who many say are our most precious resource, yet talk is cheap) the attendants, drivers, and crossing guards are under paid and under appreciated for the responsibilities they must bear.
