      Pros

      Weekends and school holidays are an automatic off. supervisors are nice and easy going to work with, lots of positive attitude.

      Cons

      Low pay(depends on school district) high turnover rate Lack of flexibility if you have an emergency, majority will go to work extremely sick, vomiting etc. Because there is no one to cover their route.
