Pros

Steady part time work, note to Glassdoor, Linda Burtwhistle is no longer CEO Dennis Maple took over a little over a yr ago.

Cons

Not enough employees to handle tasks so quite a bit of double running going on. Repairs not getting done some buses sit out back for months, as there is very low overhead in terms of parts. Some buses being run with known defects, such as thick smoke fumes from injector issues, burned out overheads no buzzers, doors. Wed we had huge snowstorm, driver radioed wipers were not working, they were told to drive to town to have it fixed and company couldn't afford to send overworked mechanics to their house, this wasn't a very safe thing to allow as this driver was from country and had highway travel.

Pros

The pay for driving is good, however, "driving is only part of the job description. May be well compensated for contracted substitute driver in other locations

Cons

Although there are rules to establish safe, orderly environments for riders and drivers, they are not enforced, and appear symbolic and subjective. Drivers have to bow to whomever decides how it will be handled instead of what the actual rules dictate, creating unnecessary chaos. There also appears to be a good amount of favoritism at this location and company rules and regulations are rarely enforced across the board, resulting in employees doing as they please with little to no repercussions.
