      Working in the BD team was great, with good vibes, great culture and people. The people there are always really friendly and helpful.

      The cons would be the that things took a little longer to finalise, there was quite a bit of governance and red tape.

      The firm really pushes the mission of growing retirement savings for key workers, which is quite feel good
