Pros
There is a great bonus structure and some of the team members were very nice and friendly. They are flexible of time.
Cons
Management is terrible. They like to micromanage and made empty promises of advancement with the addition of more responsibilities and raises. Tasks and roles were added but advancement was not offered. When approached about the situation,, they are very hostile and narcissistic towards you to make you feel in the wrong
