Pros
There really aren't any pros. Maybe the hours and no holidays.
Cons
Management. To many chiefs and not nearly enough Indians. Managers that will talk crap on you and about you in front of your co-workers. If you enjoy drama First State is the place for you. Inconsistencies in training from branch to branch. Upper management is the reason they have such a high turn over rate. They are supposed to be a community bank but are becoming more of a corporate chain bank. If you know, you know. I'm a little disgruntled at how not only myself was treated but how other employees were treated too. They tell you when you start if you see another job you'd like to try just let us know. But, that's as far as it goes. There is no advancement. I have seem them fire people when we were already short staffed just because they didn't like that person.
