Pros
First State Bank is great for the type of job where you leave work at work when you go home. Fairly un-stressful work - customers are great, sales goals were attainable. The satellite branches are more comfortable to work at since they are slightly more relaxed. Steady pay; work hours are "normal" and dependable. Not much chance of lay-offs.
Cons
Not likely to be promoted if you are female. Chauvenistic men in the powerful positions; an outward appearance of good communication between management and employees, yet something is usually lacking. There is a feeling of fear felt by the employees regarding their attire. Many meetings are held regarding the subject and choosing of "career apparel", which wastes company time and money and propegates the intensity of the problem.
