working with firstsoft give wide opportunity for learning and also they support their employees in a very professional way

Nothing positive about this company. I'm hesitating to give even 0 rating for them.

I'm writing this review to save at least one person to stop becoming a victim for this company. They don't have Ethics and worst management. They don't pay you on time, they delay payments for months. If you send emails and make calls about payments they make false promises and make excuses with silly reasons. I don't know whether they have staff account team don't reply to emails. To reach them you should have staff phone number or else it's nightmare for you. I don't know how Cognizant chosen them as prime vendor. Please don't join in this company.
